Oh Sweet Heavenly Cornbread.

We had a pretty yummy day. The morning was the Lemon and Poppy Seed muffins I baked yesterday.
Lunch was sandwiches in a variety of ways, with the last of the Homemade Wonderful bread. I think we're going to stick with this bread for a while. It's delicious, easy to procure and easy to make.


Tonight was a delicious lentil stew and the most moist and delicious cornbread.


Even Catherine requested more in her lunchbox today! Both recipes came from Gluten-Free Vegan, although, I think I may revert to my old recipe for Lentil Soup.
